One of the founding partners of the firm, John is now Of Counsel in the Dallas office. His extensive litigation experience encompasses a full range of product liability litigation, including personal injury, negligence, strict tort liability, warranty and insurance coverage. John's expertise in toxic torts covers litigation based on product liability, negligence and nuisance, as well as single-plaintiff and mass-plaintiff matters, including class-action litigation. He is also a highly respected lawyer in the field of product-related commercial litigation, from business interruption and commercial losses to warranty and contract litigation. In addition, he has represented numerous clients in environmental regulatory litigation, construction litigation, state and federal appeals, and general civil trial work. John's extensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical and civil engineering has benefited the firm in successfully representing numerous industrial and automotive clients.
