After graduating from Chapman University, Daniel was immediately introduced to the litigation world, when he began working with in-house counsel on a complex contractual issue at a global financial services corporation. Since then, Daniel has expanded his scope of work to include special project cases dealing with complex IP litigation, US tax audits and oil and gas issues involving undivided mineral interests. His broad range of practice areas, mixed with his successful experiences in each, repeatedly earn Daniel coveted positions on a multitude of special projects cases at HDBD.
