Casey Batchelor joined the firm in 2014. He has experience defending clients in personal injury, commercial, and real estate litigation matters. Casey has represented clients in a wide-range of industries including: transportation, oil and gas, banking, insurance, and real estate. Casey served as lead counsel to over 35 bench and jury trials through his prior firm’s attorney loan program as a prosecutor for the City of Plano, Texas. While attending law school, he gained valuable experience through an internship in the office of the Honorable Royce C. Lamberth, Chief U.S. District Judge for the District of Columbia. Prior to beginning his legal career, Casey served in the U.S. Navy as an S-3B Naval Flight Officer.
